Senator Rand Paul attacked Fauci in a meeting, accusing him of being involved between Ecohealth Alliance sending an application to DARPA for a proposal of 14.6 million dollars to defuse the threat of bat-borne coronavirus.
Senator Paul said he had this refusal document from DARPA in hand and said it was refused because it involved GOF (gain of function)
I have since been able to obtain a copy of this document. I have posted two pages below which clearly state GOF.
