‼️ I AM ECSTATIC WITH THE COURT OF APPEALS SUBSTANTIAL AND MONUMENTAL DECISION TO GRANT PERMISSION FOR THE 5G LEGAL ACTION CASE, TO BE HEARD IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE.
We are delighted to announce that the Court of Appeal has today granted permission for our case to proceed on two grounds:
1. The failure to provide adequate or effective information to the public about the risks and how, if it is possible, it might be possible for individuals to avoid or minimise the risks;
2. (a) The failure to provide adequate and sufficient reasons for not estabolishing a process to investigate and establish the adverse health effects and risks of adverse health effects from 5G technology and/or discounting the risks presented by the evidence available; and/or (b) failure to meet the requirements of transparency and openness required of a public body.
These grounds advance a breach of the Human Rights Act 1998 by omissions and failings in violation of the positive obligations to protect human life, health and dignity, required to be met by Articles 2, 3 and/or 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
The case will now be sent back to the Administrative Court and we await the directions as to the full hearing in due course.
‼️My Summary, this effectively means that the Kingdom’s most noble and honourable Lords and Lady Justices presiding at the Court of Appeal, have granted permission for a full Judicial Review hearing to be adjudicated upon in the High Court of Justice, forming the basis of the two grounds, adds significant weight to the action, and not only shows there is a case to be answered too but that 5G poses a risk and danger to Human Life, Health and Dignity, is a substantial and monumental decision by our Honourable Lords and Lady Justices, by the granting of permission on those two grounds.
Finally, with the upmost appreciation and gratitude to the 5G Legal Action Team for all its hard work and persistence over these past two years but equally, I am tremendously grateful to every person, that not only shared and/or campaigned and/or donated to this crowd funder and supported this action but to those who proactively spoke out about the risks and dangers of 5G.

BREAKING! Chattanooga, Tennessee: Three people were killed, and seventeen others were injured in a shooting that occurred near a bar in Chattanooga early Sunday morning.
Officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of McCallie Avenue at 2:42 a.m. in response to a shooting call near a bar. According to Chattanooga police, 14 people were shot and three victims attempting to flee the scene were struck by vehicles.
Chief of Police Celeste Murphy says two victims died of gunshot wounds and another died from injuries that were sustained after being struck by a vehicle. At Midnight U.S. east coast time Friday night-into-Saturday, China’s second largest Real Estate developer, EVERGRANDE, officially entered “DEFAULT” status on its massive global debt. This is the first Domino in the coming financial collapse, and it has just fallen, hard.
The China Evergrande Group is the second largest property developer in China by sales.
It is ranked 122nd on the Fortune Global 500.
It is incorporated in the Cayman Islands, a British Overseas Territory, and headquartered in the Houhai Financial Center in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
According to Citibank as of Saturday June 4th, EVERGRANDE is more than 30 days past due on interest payments.
This means that hundreds of billions of Dollars will get removed from market makers and banks on Monday 6th June.
Most G20 nation banks, Money Market funds, some State pension funds will have direct or secondary counterparty exposure to this.

More or less the same thing happened in Ireland not too long ago and MANY Irish banks went bust overnight because of it.
A full 2/3rds of China’s domestic wealth and economy is tied up in residential and commercial real estate. It is the largest single asset class of any nation in the world.
As China Evergrande reportedly begins negotiating creative ways to repay billions owed to offshore bondholders, a paying agent of one of the embattled property giant’s USD-denominated bonds has sent a letter to investors officially confirming default.
Dr Marco Meltzer, a respected German financial analysts and outspoken critic of the handling of Evergrande’s debt crisis, says he received a letter from Citi earlier this week all but confirming the company is broke.
Citigroup serves as a paying agent for a number of Evergrande’s offshore bonds. Paying agents are intermediaries which accept payments from bond issuers and distribute the funds among the bond holders.
“Just this week, I received an official letter from the agent Citibank that Evergrande has defaulted on our bond and I will never see my money again,” said Dr Meltzer.
“I had bought bonds last year in November to see if the media coverage of the real estate giant was accurate, as they repeatedly reported that Evergrande was doing well.
“Unfortunately, it appears this media coverage is taking its course.”
Meltzer shared a copy of the letter (published in the feature image of this article) which states Evergrande and its Subsidiaries “have not made payment of interest that was due and payable on April 11, 2022”.
Last year, an Asia Markets’ investigation highlighted a litany of examples in which missed Evergrande offshore bond payments were sugar-coated in the financial press through anonymous sources claiming that default had been avoided, thus leading to many investors overlooking the risk the crisis poses to global financial markets.

As many as six million British households could be subjected to power cuts this winter if Russian gas supplies to Europe stop, The Times reported Sunday, citing a Whitehall document.
It said that imports of natural gas from Norway could halve next winter amid surging EU demand. Britain buys around half of its total supplies from the Nordic country.
Shipments of liquified natural gas from major producers such as the United States and Qatar could also halve this winter, the UK government warned, pointing to fierce global competition for supplies of the fuel.
Meanwhile, interconnectors from the Netherlands and Belgium could also be cut off in winter, as the two countries struggle meeting their own demand.

I lost 9 very good friends last year and many acquaintances. This year already I have lost one family member and 4 acquaintances. That’s 14 people. One young girl who was a friend of my daughter’s age 23, died 7 days after her vaccine of a brain haemorrhage. One very close friend died of cancer a short time after his vaccine. His vaccine brought back his cancer so quickly and aggressively that it killed him within a week. I was outside his hospital door unable to go in a few hours before he died. He was 55 years old.
Anyway back to myocarditis. Monkeypox is being made out to be a small matter at the moment. But I can assure you that it will be a pandemic. They are building up to it slowly because covid is dying out in people’s minds because of the work people called conspiracy theorists do.
So because myocarditis is proven to be the cause of vaccine damage and there’s no informed consent, the government are being held reliable. And we all know that the government do not like to give the people the money that they are entitled to.
Even the emergency use authorisation ( EUA ) should not still be active because the pandemic is over. But still, even though they know that the kill shots are causing millions of deaths and millions of injuries, they have used an illegal EUA to allow untested kill shots knowing that thousands of you will die. But of course, it’s all to do with your health.
Lockdown and all the other restrictions were killers that didn’t work too. Or Lockstep I like to call it. Did you know that 192 countries all scrapped their decades-old pandemic mandates at the same time and mysteriously all followed the same New rules set out by the 192 countries WITHOUT supposedly contacting any of the other leaders etc?
Every country is the same. Except for China! They had the lab leak and there were videos of people falling dead in the street. 🙄
But now look at them. They did their bit and didn’t have to pretend anymore.
