Source: OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine OSCE observer mission provides maps in daily reports documenting the location of ceasefire violations and explosions along the contact line between the Ukrainian military and the Donbas republics. These maps clearly show that Ukraine began artillery strikes against the Donbas republics on February 16th, 2022. In other words, Ukraine began shelling the independent republics of Donetsk and Luhansk nine days before Russia announced its ‘special military operation’ in Ukraine. While the western corporate media remained completely silent, explosions documented by the OSCE increased from 76 on February 15th, to 316 on February 16th, to 654 on February 17th, and to 1,413 on February 18th. When you look carefully at the daily maps of these explosions, it is clear that the vast majority of explosions occurred on the Russian separatist side of the ceasefire line.

Below is the link to the new school bill that the government want to make law. If you do not read this and try stopping it, then you will regret the day it comes into force.
As a parent myself in Wales, I can’t see if this is for the whole of Great Britain or just England. It does keep saying England but we must still fight this bill for our English children.
The government are trying to slip bill after bill through whilst we are distracted with Russia and Ukraine, China and Taiwan and Covid and MonkeyPox ( Which has now been called racist 🙈🙈 I really would love to interview the sad person who thinks up these things. )
EVERY PARENT with a child under 18 and in full-time education, whether via school or home education NEEDS TO READ THE SCHOOLS BILL IN FULL.
Do not just read the glossed over introduction on the gov website, it is perfectly worded to make it seem positive.
Currently in the UK our rights include the right to make sure that our children are recieving a full time education that suits their aptitude, abilities and needs.,
The new Schools Bill, if it becomes law, will affect every parent’s rights long term. Once you have lost rights in law, it is almost impossible to get them back. You have to fight it beforehand. Yet most parents are not aware that they are about to lose some very fundamental parental rights.
For an example, one of your legal rights as parents in the UK, is that if your child has SEND or bullying issues at school, you can make the choice to withdraw them to home educate them, send them to another school if you prefer, and you have other routes and choices you can go down. You can visit schools and speak to SEND specialists, all before making your choices. This is just one tiny example.
Under the new bill, if you decide to home educate, you will need to obtain consent from the school your child is registered at. You may then get local authority staff who are not trained in education or SEND, assessing your child’s learning, well-being and development. The local authority will have the power to decide, at a moment’s notice, that your child must return to school, and they may send them to an inadequate school of their choosing, where your child’s needs may not be met, and from which they will not be allowed to be withdrawn by you.
If the Schools Bill becomes law, your rights, as parents, will be removed from you and given to the government. You will no longer have any control over your child’s education.
The Schools Bill is being advertised as a bill only targeting those ‘missing education’. However, if you read the actual document, you may well feel outraged! You do need to read it thoroughly though. To not read it, would mean to blindly accept that the government knows what is best for your child and you do not.
Please read the Schools Bill and do what you can to fight it. Write to your MP. Find out who your local peers/members of the House of Lords are and write to them. The Lords are generally very nice, friendly and approachable people! As their job is to hold the elected government to account, you will be helping them to do their job!
The Schools Bill does not just target home educators, travellers, those living nonadically etc as most of the public have been led to believe. It will affect any child under 18, including yours.
Do you have a child who is sick or poorly a lot? This bill will affect you.
Do you have a child who has mental health issues and is too anxious or depressed to attend school at times? This bill will affect you.
Have you had a bereavement in the family, and your child wants to attend the funeral or needs some time off to grieve and process things? This bill will affect you.
Do you have a child with undiagnosed or unmet special or additional educational needs? This bill will affect you.
Is your child being severely and persistently bullied or socially ostracized at school, to the extent that it’s affecting their physical health, mental health and well-being? This bill will affect you.
To put it bluntly, if you have a child, this bill will affect you.
How much control do you want the government to have over your parenting choices? We all parent differently, depending upon our lifestyles and communities, our cultures and traditions, yet the government clearly want to put in place a standardised parenting style with little to no wiggle room.
All children need to be safeguarded, but this is not the way to do it. Your children may soon become wards of the state, because soon you will have very few parental rights left.
Please educate yourselves, because it is so hard watching those around us willingly allowing their rights as parents, actually as human beings, to be stripped away because a document is too much effort to read and understand. Its just easier to go along with the crowd, the status quo, and accept that the government must know what’s best for our children and our families.
Every parent should read and know this bill inside out, every grandparent, every aunt and uncle, every guardian, every older sibling. You have a duty of care to your families to understand what you are non-verbally agreeing to by allowing this bill to just pass you by. These are fundamental rights that are being stripped from UK citizens. Do not sleepwalk into something that you have not read and do not understand.

SHANGHAI, May 18 (Reuters) – Three banks in China’s central Henan province have frozen at least $178 million of deposits, offering scant information on why or for how long, leaving firms unable to pay workers and individuals locked out of savings, depositors told Reuters.
Yu Zhou Xin Min Sheng Village Bank, Shangcai Huimin Country Bank and Zhecheng Huanghuai Community Bank froze all deposits on April 18, with all three telling customers they were upgrading internal systems. The banks have not issued any communication on the matter since, depositors said.
None of the three banks responded to Reuters’ emails or phone calls seeking comment.
While nominally small, China’s numerous local banks have outsized significance because they lend to small and mid-sized firms so their activity can be an indicator of the health of the economy, the world’s second-biggest after the United States.
Bank earnings and asset quality are widely expected to deteriorate due to reduced business activity brought about by strict COVID-19 containment measures, raising the prospect of economic contraction in the second quarter of the year.
Depositors of the three banks told Reuters they had been communicating with each other via messaging app WeChat about how to retrieve funds. Some posted screenshots of frozen accounts and shared conversations with bank staff.
Some posted videos of protests outside bank branches, while others said they had travelled to the banks’ headquarters in search of an explanation only to be turned away by police.
The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commision, which was cited in media reports on May 1 as saying it was looking into the matter, and the People’s Bank of China, the central bank, did not respond to faxed requests for comment.
Depositors from the southern Zhejiang province communicating over WeChat compiled a spreadsheet seen by Reuters in which they self-reported 1.2 billion yuan ($177.55 million) in frozen funds across the three banks.
As the banks have customers across China, magazine Caixin on April 30 reported the frozen amount could total $1.5 billion.
Jerry Chang, owner of a factory in Hubei province, cannot access his over 6 million yuan deposited at Yu Zhou Xin Min Sheng Village Bank.
“Not being able to withdraw money has a huge impact on the operation of our factory, including procurement and workers’ wages,” said Chang, who used the bank because of its marginally higher interest rate of 1.85%.
Tony Qian, an investment consultant from Zhejiang province, cannot access the 20 million yuan he put in Yu Zhou Xin Min Sheng Village Bank that he had been saving to buy property.
“The thing I’m most angry about is … no one has explained anything to us,” said Qian.

Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega has authorized the entry of Russian troops, ships and aircraft into the country for humanitarian purposes from the second half of 2022.
Permission granted to participate in training, exercises, humanitarian aid operations and so on.
The country also allowed the entry of military personnel from the United States, Mexico, Cuba, Venezuela, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and the Dominican Republic.

Zelensky’s representative urged those “who still doesn’t understand” to start weapon supplies to Kiev as quickly and as much as possible.
1️⃣ The US and Britain condemned the death sentence for foreign mercenaries in the DPR, trying to portray them as “Ukrainian military personnel”.

4️⃣ Moscow does not officially plan to discuss the topic of mercenaries with the West, offering Britain and Co. to apply directly to the DPR, where the judgement rendered.
5️⃣ Britain has so far refused to connect directly to the DPR, as this undermines the policy of non-recognition of the DPR in the West.
6️⃣ During June, the mercenaries will be waiting for the results of the appeal against the verdict, counting on a mitigation of the sentence. They have 30 days to do so. There is also an option to file a clemency petition to Pushilin.
7️⃣ In case of refusal, they are threatened with execution (according to the law, in the DPR they don’t hang, but shoot).
8️⃣ Trials of Ukrainian war criminals should take place in the DPR before the end of summer. As the trial of foreign mercenaries has shown, they will not delay too long.

The UK government is not testing drinking water for a group of toxic manmade chemicals linked to a range of diseases including cancers, while across the world people are falling sick and suing for hundreds of millions of dollars at a time after finding the substances in their tap water.
Known collectively as PFAS (per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances), or “forever chemicals” because they are designed never to break down in the environment, the substances are used for their water- and grease-repellent properties in everything from cookware and clothing to furniture, carpets, packaging, coatings and firefighting foams.
When PFAS, of which there are thousands, enter the environment, they accumulate in soil, water, animals and human blood. Following a landmark legal case in the US made famous by the Mark Ruffalo film Dark Waters, a huge epidemiological study was carried out that linked PFAS to high cholesterol, ulcerative colitis, thyroid disease, testicular cancer, and kidney cancer and pregnancy-induced hypertension.
Separate studies have made connections between PFAS and miscarriage, reduced birth weight, endocrine disruption, reduced sperm quality, delayed puberty, early menopause and reduced immune response to tetanus vaccination. Scientists have also found that the substances can be passed from mother to baby via the placenta and breast milk.
On top of multiple class actions in the US, cases are being brought around the world. In Australia, two towns adjacent to airbases using PFAS in firefighting foam have been warned not to drink their tap water, and in Italy industry is thought to have exposed 350,000 people to the toxic contaminant. It is estimated that almost everyone in the world now has PFAS in their blood.
In England, the Environment Agency says PFAS is “ubiquitous in the environment”, particularly in its waters, making it unlikely that drinking water sources have escaped contamination. But unlike countries such as the US, where a nationwide testing scheme is underway, the UK government has so far only made plans to make plans to understand the levels of drinking water pollution.
The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) says it takes “the risks posed by PFAS chemicals very seriously, which is why we’re working at pace with regulators to better assess their presence in our natural environment and their sources.” It says it is “developing its approach to managing risk from PFAS” but it is not testing drinking water.
Water companies do not routinely test for PFAS either. Instead, they are expected to “consider” just two restricted PFAS – PFOS and PFOA – in their risk assessments. According to Defra, there “have been no notifications of an event associated with elevated levels of PFOS or PFOA since 2005”. In Scotland, only PFOA is risk-assessed.
Dr Ian Ross, the global PFAS practice lead at the consultancy Tetra Tech, says the huge number of potential PFAS sources – from airfields and industry to landfills and car washes – make risk assessment very difficult.
“Water companies may need to perform a detailed assessment of many catchments considering a multitude of PFAS sources before determining that water from each catchment is unlikely to supply PFAS-impacted water,” Ross said. “This is more concerning now a new, lower, 10 nanogram/litre limit from the drinking water inspectorate has been introduced, which triggers consultation with health professionals.”
The industry group WaterUK said: “Companies in risk areas have monitoring in place to support the removal of PFAS, and other potentially harmful substances, to ensure drinking water is clean and safe.”
Even so, the drinking water inspectorate has only set the 10ng/l limit for PFOS and PFOA, and there are no limits on the wider group of chemicals. In contrast, Denmark has a limit of 100ng/l for the total of 12 PFAS, with lower levels proposed for PFOS of 3ng/l; Sweden has set a 90ng/l for the sum of 11 PFAS, and Bavaria has regulated 13 individual PFAS to a range of limits between 0.1 micrograms (µg)/l and 10µg/l.
The EU recently revised its drinking water directive, reducing the acceptable level to 100ng/l for 20 types of PFAS and 500 ng/l for all PFAS substances. The directive entered into force in January and member states have two years to adopt it.
It is not clear whether the UK will follow suit. Defra has said it will “consider the effect of the changes made to the directive” but did not commit to adopt it.
Dr Paul Johnston, from Greenpeace’s research laboratory at the University of Exeter, said: “We’re flying blind on this as a nation,” adding that the government had “had plenty of heads up on this from what has been going on in the US”.
He said: “It’s quite baffling why it hasn’t been done systematically if only to validate the risk assessments … you need to be able to back it up with real-world analysis.”
Dr Julie Schneider, of the chemicals charity Chem Trust, said: “People have the right to know if the water from their tap is contaminated with these harmful chemicals. We urgently need a full assessment of PFAS contamination in drinking water in the UK. Continuous exposure to PFAS may lead to long-term adverse health effects, and drinking water is recognised as one of the main sources of our exposure to PFAS.”
An outright ban on all non-essential uses of PFAS is under discussion among EU countries, but there are no signs that the UK intends to take the same tack. “Every year of delay in regulating these chemicals means an increasing level of exposure due to their extreme persistence and capacity to accumulate in the water and the wider environment,” said Schneider.
Responding to the use restrictions put in place on PFOS and PFOA, the industry has created replacement chemicals known as GenX, but researchers suggest these could be just as harmful to humans and the environment and could be even harder to detect.

“In 1993, WHO announced a “birth-control vaccine” for “family planning”. Published research shows that by 1976 WHO researchers had conjugated tetanus toxoid (TT) with human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) producing a “birth-control” vaccine.
Conjugating TT with hCG causes pregnancy hormones to be attacked by the immune system. Expected results are abortions in females already pregnant and/or infertility in recipients not yet impregnated. Repeated inoculations prolong infertility.
Currently WHO researchers are working on more potent anti-fertility vaccines using recombinant DNA. WHO publications show a long-range purpose to reduce population growth in unstable “less developed countries”.
By November 1993 Catholic publications appeared saying an abortifacient vaccine was being used as a tetanus prophylactic. In November 2014, the Catholic Church asserted that such a program was underway in Kenya. Three independent Nairobi accredited biochemistry laboratories tested samples from vials of the WHO tetanus vaccine being used in March 2014 and found hCG where none should be present. In October 2014, 6 additional vials were obtained by Catholic doctors and were tested in 6 accredited laboratories. Again, hCG was found in half the samples. Subsequently, Nairobi’s AgriQ Quest laboratory, in two sets of analyses, again found hCG in the same vaccine vials that tested positive earlier but found no hCG in 52 samples alleged by the WHO to be vials of the vaccine used in the Kenya campaign 40 with the same identifying batch numbers as the vials that tested positive for hCG.
Given that hCG was found in at least half the WHO vaccine samples known by the doctors involved in administering the vaccines to have been used in Kenya, our opinion is that the Kenya “anti-tetanus” campaign was reasonably called into question by the Kenya Catholic Doctors Association as a front for population growth reduction.”

‼️ I AM ECSTATIC WITH THE COURT OF APPEALS SUBSTANTIAL AND MONUMENTAL DECISION TO GRANT PERMISSION FOR THE 5G LEGAL ACTION CASE, TO BE HEARD IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE.
We are delighted to announce that the Court of Appeal has today granted permission for our case to proceed on two grounds:
1. The failure to provide adequate or effective information to the public about the risks and how, if it is possible, it might be possible for individuals to avoid or minimise the risks;
2. (a) The failure to provide adequate and sufficient reasons for not estabolishing a process to investigate and establish the adverse health effects and risks of adverse health effects from 5G technology and/or discounting the risks presented by the evidence available; and/or (b) failure to meet the requirements of transparency and openness required of a public body.
These grounds advance a breach of the Human Rights Act 1998 by omissions and failings in violation of the positive obligations to protect human life, health and dignity, required to be met by Articles 2, 3 and/or 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
The case will now be sent back to the Administrative Court and we await the directions as to the full hearing in due course.
‼️My Summary, this effectively means that the Kingdom’s most noble and honourable Lords and Lady Justices presiding at the Court of Appeal, have granted permission for a full Judicial Review hearing to be adjudicated upon in the High Court of Justice, forming the basis of the two grounds, adds significant weight to the action, and not only shows there is a case to be answered too but that 5G poses a risk and danger to Human Life, Health and Dignity, is a substantial and monumental decision by our Honourable Lords and Lady Justices, by the granting of permission on those two grounds.
Finally, with the upmost appreciation and gratitude to the 5G Legal Action Team for all its hard work and persistence over these past two years but equally, I am tremendously grateful to every person, that not only shared and/or campaigned and/or donated to this crowd funder and supported this action but to those who proactively spoke out about the risks and dangers of 5G.

Our enemies keep distracting us with constantly changing information, and we keep getting stuck in the OO stage, never making decisions, never acting to change things, because we are constantly trying to figure out the nature of the trap we are caught in. But that is the trap we are caught in! We end up stuck in endless puzzling debates, making no productive plans to achieve victory in even one small way.
When a fresh news story gets hyped up, and people say “oh oh they are just distracting us”, it is THINKING TIME they are distracting us from. A moment for the dust to settle, for even a minute of propaganda-free time, to be able to make a plan to counter our enemy’s plans. They cannot allow us this minute. We are allowed no firm place to stand. They have to bombard us with useless factoids and storylines 24/7, little rabbit holes and dead-ends and intrigue and drama, or else we might form together into something capable of defeating their psychological operations. Distraction and overload is their primary weapon against us. Unfortunately, we keep falling for this trick.
The OODA loop is the cycle observe–orient–decide–act, developed by military strategist and United States Air Force Colonel John Boyd. Boyd applied the concept to the combat operations process, often at the operational level during military campaigns. It is now also often applied to understand commercial operations and learning processes. The approach explains how agility can overcome raw power in dealing with human opponents. It is especially applicable to cyber security and cyberwarfare.[1]

According to Boyd, decision-making occurs in a recurring cycle of observe–orient–decide–act. An entity (whether an individual or an organization) that can process this cycle quickly, observing and reacting to unfolding events more rapidly than an opponent, can thereby “get inside” the opponent’s decision cycle and gain the advantage.

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), directed by Dr. Anthony Fauci, last year paid $9.8 million to government researchers to test a monkeypox treatment, the National Pulse reported.
According to the National Institutes for Health (NIH), which oversees the NIAID, the research began Sept. 28, 2020 and will conclude Sept. 27, 2025. Its goal is to carry out a “randomized, placebo-controlled trial of the safety and efficacy of tecovirimat for the treatment of patients with monkeypox virus disease.” It is unclear if the grant provided for any payments in 2020.
The NIAID awarded the grant to the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research, a federally funded research and development center in Frederick, Maryland, supported by the National Cancer Institute.
According to the grant abstract:
“The similarity between monkeypox and the variola [smallpox] virus, coupled with concerns about the potential of the variola virus as a potential bioterrorism agent, have placed monkeypox treatments at the forefront of public health and scientific research agendas in many countries.”
On May 25, SIGA Technologies Inc.announced that it received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for an intravenous formulation of the antiviral tecovirimat (called TPOXX) for the treatment of smallpox.
Although smallpox was eradicated in 1980, the treatment was developed in the event smallpox were to be used as a bioweapon.
The U.S., Canada and Europe have approved an oral formulation of TPOXX for treating smallpox, and Europe also approved it for treating monkeypox and cowpox.
As of May 30, the NIH project had not generated any publicly available studies, papers or patents, according to The National Pulse.
The National Pulse called the timing of the grant “curious,” as it comes while pharmaceutical giants including Pfizer and Johson & Johnson are making record-level profits due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Lori Dodd, a mathematical statistician in the biostatistics research branch of NIAID, is the project’s principal investigator.
On a recent segment of The Hill’s “Rising,” co-hosts Briahna Joy Gray and Kim Iversen reminded viewers that Dodd was “exposed for her involvement in the agency’s reported data altering of remdesivir trials to make [remdesivir] seem more effective against COVID.”
Iversen and Gray also found the timing of the funding suspicious.
“It could just be coincidental,” said Iversen, “ … but I will say that there is something very suspect about the fact that they started working on identifying treatments for monkeypox in September of 2020. This has been a virus that’s been around since 1970.”
However, Gray said, “in a world where everyone’s certainly concerned about viruses because of COVID-19, maybe the money simply started to flow in the fall of 2020.”
“What’s odd,” responded Iversen, “is that there’s now suddenly an outbreak [of monekypox] and that outbreak is making headlines and it’s spreading all around the world.”
Iversen implied the NIH may be hoping to develop a new treatment for monkeypox as public fear of the disease grows.
As The Defender has reported, others also questioned how unexpected the monkeypox outbreak was after learning about a March 2021 tabletop simulationof a hypothetical deadly outbreak of monkeypox predicted to occur in May 2022.
Some analysts suggested the outbreak may have resulted from gain-of-functionresearch or similar experiments involving the virus.
The National Pulse reported that a February 2022 peer-reviewed studyrevealed scientists performed a monkeypox-related gain-of-function research project at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in August 2021.
